In a followup to yesterday's news that England is running out of troops comes this report from the Daily Scotsman that come Autumn, 1 in 4 service members from the UK in Afghanistan and Iraq will be in fact from Scotland.
"The Scottish contingents will amount to more than 25 per cent of the eight major infantry units serving in the two war zones."The UK saw it's highest casualty counts last quarter in Iraq since the pre-emptive invasion back in March of 2003.
